Located not far from the Seine river on avenue Emile Zola, near the lively rue St Charles, where open air markets are to be found every week.
Nearest metro station is Charles-Michels, but RER C station Javel is also within walking distance
THE APARTMENT
Spacious furnished 100 sqm apartment with two separate bedrooms.
Large entrance hall, giving directly in the spacious living room,
one bedroom on each side of the living room,
kitchen and bathroom on the side and rear parts of the apartment.
The rear side also includes an ironing room/dressing corridor, not shown on the pictures.
The general condition of the apartment is excellent. The wooden floor is almost new.
One bedroom has a double bed and a television.
The other bedroom has a large single bed.
The bathroom offers a bathtub with a shower in it, and also a separate main shower (not frequent, and nice for people possibly sharing this flat).
The washing machine is installed there.
The kitchen is well equipped, especially with a large **** refrigerator and freezer, also gas burners and an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher.
The rear side also includes, behind the living room, an ironing room/dressing corridor, with large cupboards, not shown on the pictures.

- gas/electricity : depending on renter’s usage, could be between 40 and 60 euros per month
- telecommunications : can be controlled if using flat rates offered for Internet+phone+Tv services by several possible suppliers. However for what is beyond the limits of those flat rates, it depends on the actual usage level.
- taxe d’habitation (for a long term rental only) : about 800 euros
- one time rental fee : for a 12 months rental, the one time rental fee is 2,000 euros excl. VAT, payable upfront
Refundable safety deposit : equal to 2 months of rent
